Q: Can I cancel my plan?
A: Plans are a 12-month commitment. Cancellations are only permitted for certain circumstances and a $25 cancellation fee may be charged. The balance of plan services used will be due upon cancellation.

Q: What if my pet passes away?
A: We understand this is a difficult time. We'll calculate any remaining balancе based on services used versus payments made. Monthly charges will continue until the balance is paid in full, then the plan will be cancelled.

Q: How does billing work?
A: The card you have on file with Snout will be charged once monthly for your membership fee. When you visit the clinic, your plan covered items will be paid for by Snout. If you receive services not included in your plan, Snout will charge your card on file, unless payment is taken in the clinic. You'll receive emailed receipts after each visit.

Q: Can I transfer my plan to a different pet?
A: No, plans are specific to the individual pet enrolled..

Q: Can I use my plan at other clinics?
A: Every plan is unique to the hospital you enrolled at. Plans cannot be used at other hospitals unless specified.

Q: Can I sign up for a plan after my visit?
A: No, plan benefits cannot be applied to appointments that have already happened. You must enroll before or during your visit. However, once enrolled, your plan benefits are available immediately for all future visits.

Q: How do I change my contact or billing information?
A: Please reach out to Snout support for any changes to your account information or payment method. We are happy to help!

Q: Is this pet insurance?
A: No, Snout wellness plans are not insurance. They're preventive care plans that bundle routine services (like exams, vaccines, and wellness diagnostics) into affordable monthly payments.
